In the children's story, The Little Engine that Could, we hear the train exclaim as it is climbing a hillside, "I think I can, I think I can," and as it crests the hill, we hear, "I know I can."

Jeremiah 1: 4-9: "Jeremiah answered, "Sovereign Lord, I don't know how to speak; I am too young."

Ezekiel 2:1-8: "While God's voice was speaking, His Spirit entered me and raised me to my feet...Mortal man, I am sending you to the people of Israel..."  

God has a unique call for each of us--
